Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?

I offer in-person therapy for adult individuals and relationships in Denver, CO and HIPAA-compliant Telehealth video sessions to residents of Colorado.

How long are your sessions?

Standards sessions are 50 minutes. For some people, longer sessions can feel supportive, so I also offer 75- and 100-minute sessions. We can talk about what session length would be most supportive for you during our initial consultation call.

What are your rates?

I charge $130 for 50-minute sessions, $180 for 75-minute sessions, and $230 for 100-minute sessions. I have a limited number of reduced rate spots available based on client-identified needs.

Do you take insurance?

No, I do not currently accept insurance. I do take HSA and FSA payments, and am happy to provide a superbill upon request.

What is the initial consultation call?

An initial consultation call is an opportunity to connect over the phone or video call to discuss your needs and goals for therapy. This initial call is free of charge and offers a space for us to determine whether we’d be a good fit for therapeutic work.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

The Good Faith Estimate is a provision of the No Surprises Act, which was enacted in 2022 to protect people from surprise medical bills. All health care providers are required to provide private pay clients with the estimated cost of annual services prior to the start of services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate at any time.
